As a licensed health care provider in Colorado, you have been submitting information to CDPHE using the Colorado Health Facilities Portal system. This system has been in use for over a decade now, and has served as the primary means for you to submit Licensing information, Change in Administrators, Census Data, Occurrence and Plans of Correction. As you may be aware, it is aging and has required more care and maintenance in recent past. As a result of changing technology, this current system is no longer planned to receive updates or improvements, but will be replaced. If you experience an error with our current system please call us at 303-692-2836 so that we can assist you in continuing to meet your regulatory requirements. 

On the bright side, we have partnered with the Colorado Office of Information Technology to create the new Colorado Health Facilities Interactive (COHFI) replacement system that we hope will simplify and enhance your experience in the near future. At this time, we hope to share COHFI with you Summer 2019. We are at present focusing our efforts and resources on building and refining this new system. As we get closer to Summer 2019, we will be sharing more information with you as we plan to have user manuals, webinars, instructional videos, and many resources available at launch to help you use the new system.
